Not a fan of steep climbs?
Endurance is all well and good. But sometimes when you're hiking in Tannheimer Tal, you just want to enjoy a more leisurely pace. That’s how we feel, too. On such days, we simply take the hiking bus to the starting point of our hike. This saves a few metres of altitude and moments of sweat, and the summit of the 2,249-metre-high Gaishorn seems closer than usual. And when we really want to enjoy life, we simply hop on the nearest Tannheimer cable car and get to the surrounding peaks in no time. Some of the most beautiful hiking trails in Tannheimer Tal and spectacular views await you there, too. Hiking bus and cable cars are, of course, free of charge for our guests!
My favourite hiking area? Vilsalpsee Nature Reserve. The landscape there is wonderfully natural, and the panorama is unique.
